Get to know us

We started this company in early 2026. We’re brothers, and we wanted to build something together using what we’re good at. One of us is a chef who knows what a knife needs to deliver in a real kitchen, day in and day out. The other has experience in IT, technology, digital design, marketing, and running a business. Different skills, same goal.

When we started looking for knives ourselves, we noticed a gap. It was surprisingly hard to find reasonably priced knives made from high-quality Swedish steel, with strong design and personality. That’s why we chose to work with Swedish steel from Sandvik. It’s trusted, consistent, and made for serious use. The kind of steel you can rely on, whether you’re cooking at home or working in a professional kitchen. Performance always comes first.

To us, a knife should be usable, durable, and something you actually enjoy picking up. But it should also be something you’re proud to show off. A knife is part of your kitchen, part of who you are, and it should have a look that reflects that.

Art is a big part of what we do. We want to collaborate with different artists to design unique knife series. The designs change, the expressions are bold, and the artwork is meant to stand out. What never changes is the quality. Every knife is made to the same high standard, no matter the design.
